Kitchens We Love: Steve Cordony

Kitchens We Love: Steve Cordony - Armac Martin

The next in our journal series of 'Kitchens We Love' belongs to none other than Rosedale Farm - a luxury farm stay and boutique venue in Australia by Steve Cordony. A true interiors expert and the Style Director for Australia’s leading interiors magazine, Belle, Steve Cordony is not only armed with design expertise, but he’s also created events for some of the most established brands including Ralph Lauren, Land Rover and L’oreal. His kitchen renovation project has it all; decadence, detail and ambience - a truly exquisite space at the heart of an equally exquisite property. Designed to entertain when guests come to stay, take a look inside...

The Inspiration

For his Rosedale Farm kitchen, Steve has created a space that blends country with luxury in the most charming way. It’s the perfect balance of timeless meets modern with a shaker style kitchen, fresh functionality and an abundance of lavish elements that together create a space exuding covetable countryside chic.

The Look

Deep khaki cabinetry creates a bold impact, adorned beautifully with contrasting burnished brass hardware accents from our Cotswold and Kingsheath collections. Italian marble surfaces by CDK Stone add further opulence with classic parquet flooring in recycled oak bringing a layer of warmth to the room.

The Details

Showcasing effortless style throughout - think undone luxe, it’s the attention to each exceptional detail that makes this a kitchen to behold. Classic striped Loro Piana fabric roman blinds decorate the windows, branches of extravagant greenery give the island impact and a leopard print urn vase sits pretty on a worktop corner amongst other decorative pieces - it’s these carefully considered accents that bring the look together and add a unique touch.

As with many inspiring spaces, it’s a mix of textures that gives a room life and this is certainly true in Rosedale Farm. From sophisticated marble and brass to earthy wood and eggshell acrylic walls, this kitchen feels welcoming whilst undeniably maintaining its wow factor.

We can’t stop looking at images of this kitchen - it’s a firm favourite with the Armac Martin team and we know you’ll be pinning this to your dream kitchen board too!
